Ice Prince Leaves Chocolate City And Starts His Own Record Label

Following the announcement that he no longer has a contract with Chocolate CityIce Prince is set to officially announce the start of his record label called Super Cool Cat. 
In an interview on 96.9 Cool FM's "Midday Oasis" show with Dotun and Temi, Ice Prince revealed that he is no longer signed to Chocolate City, and that his third solo album titled “Jos to the world” will be released under his record label.

Cool FM posted the rapper's announcement on their Twitter page, quoting him as saying, "Officially, my contract with Chocolate City is over-@Iceprincezamani #MiddayOasisWithTheWildOnes w/@iamDo2dtun x @Temicoolfm".













The song art of Ice Prince's new single "Chike", which featured Korede Bello, bore the blue logo of the Super Cool Cat record label.
This adds more credence to the rapper's earlier announcement on the radio.

According to reports, Ice Prince has been out of contract with Chocolate City for the past three years, but have maintained a cordial relationship with the label ever since.
The rapper has over the years worked on his personal imprint, and developed it with little spotlight. But all of that is set to change with the official announcement of the label imminent.
