The visual artist who created the sport, Woops Yang, said it was made to show how people are always in a hurry and overworked and needed to take time to rest. She further said she had been suffering from 'Burnout' and had tried to rest, but discovered she could not be idle. She later discovered that when done as a group, doing nothing was better.
