The Place

So the weekend has started and what is on the mind of Lagosians is to have a restful weekend, spend time with family, maybe go out with friends or go for one party or the other. Well, to help you with making a decision on where to hangout and have a relaxing weekend, I collated a list of places you might want to visit with your family and friends in no particular order.
1. Rhapsody's: This restaurant with its beautiful ambience is located in Ikeja City Mall, Alausa, and is known for its romantic settings. You are sure to enjoy their fine food and service.

2. Melting Moments: This is where you get all type of amazing ice cream and can easily be located at Ikeja City Mall, Alausa. Aside its amazing ice cream, it is also known for the beautiful setting, which provides a relaxing mood.

3. The Place: This is located on the Island in Lekki Phase 1. It is a restaurant which offers food, drinks and other amazing refreshment. The aura of this restaurant is wonderful and perfect for that lovely date.

4. Barcelos: This happens to be one of my personal favourites, as I enjoy their burger and chips; the only other restaurant that can compete with theirs to me is KFC. Barcelos is a place with a touch of class and is well-known for its grilled meat and cocktails of all kind. It can be located easily at Ikeja City Mall, Alausa and also, Leisure mall Surulere.Barcelos
5. Domino's: This is possibly the number one pizza restaurant in Lagos and can be found virtually everywhere in Lagos. People don't just come in for their awesome pizza and side dish, but also because of the vibe of the place, the cosy feeling one gets and the general friendliness of the staff!

6. Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC): Just like Domino's, KFC has a lot of branches around Lagos, all located in strategic locations. They are well known for their drumsticks and chips. I personally enjoy their Zinger burger and the lovely setting the brand has.

7. Cold Stone Creamery: These days, wherever you see a Domino's branch, you see a Cold stone creamery beside it. Cold stone is a hidden gem with faithful followers, me being one of them. The ambience, service and reception of the staff are priceless. When next you see an outlet of theirs, you can go in and try one of their ice cream or shakes and be sure to have a "stoned" experience.

I hope you found this list helpful for that important family outing or date this weekend. Do well to visit one of these wonderful places and your weekend can't get any better!
